Established in 2020, Youshan Capital currently manages a private equity fund of RMB 3.2 billion and a FoF of RMB 10 billion, with the investment focus on growth-stage enterprises in advanced manufacturing, renewable energy/new materials, healthcare and artificial intelligence.

Our founding partners are outstanding private equity investors in China, each with 20+ years of successful investment and exit experiences in global markets. Our team members have diverse background in finance, business management, science, R&D and entrepreneurship. We have offices in Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai.
